ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
The conference provides an international proceeding for participants to present their research, either through oral presentations or posters. From the submitted abstracts, the conference will select and announce the top 3 outstanding presentations in both oral and poster categories. All abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
Presenters with full papers (research works or case reports) are encouraged to submit their manuscripts directly to the Veterinary Integrative Sciences for consideration. For more information about the journal, please visit https://he02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/vis/index
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
  • The official abstract template must be used for all submitted abstracts.
  • The submitted abstract must be an original research work or a case report that has never been published in any journal or presented at any conference.
  • Each presenters is allowed to submit a maximum of 1 abstract, either for a poster or oral presentation.
  • ABSTRACT FORMAT
    1. Title: Time New Roman, size “14” pt. and not exceeding 2 lines
  • The title should objectively describe the study and must be included.
  • 2. Authors: Time New Roman, size “12” pt.
  • The full name(s) of author(s) must be typed in regular font. Example: Paweena Thajai
  • The presenting author’s name must be in bold, and the corresponding author should be indicated with an asterisk (*).
  • 3. Affiliations: Time New Roman, size “11” pt.
    4. Content of Abstrac:
  • Each Abstract (research study) must be structured into four sections: (1) Introduction, (2) Materials and Methods, (3) Results, and (4) Conclusion.
  • The manuscript should not exceed 30 double-spaced A4 pages (Time New Roman, size “12” pt., with “1-inch” margins) with not exceed 300 words.
  • Use standard abbreviations and define a special or uncommon abbreviation in parentheses after the full term upon first use.
  • Use a dot in front of decimals (Example: 0.45) and use a comma for numbers greater than 999 (Example: 7,613).
  • Three to five keywords should be provided, do not use abbreviation.
  • Do not include any graphs, tables, images, page numbers or line numbers in the abstract.
  • The right margin of the text must be justified.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE
    Once the abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference; otherwise, the abstract will be removed from the conference.

    Open of Submission: 4 May 2025
    Submission Deadline: 30 September 2025
    Notification of Abstract Acceptance: within 15 October 2025

    - Excellent: 5,000 THB and certificate
    - Very Good: 3,000 THB and certificate
    - Good : 2,000 THB and certificate
    Best Poster Presentation Awards
    - Excellent: 3,000 THB and certificate
    - Very Good: 2,000 THB and certificate
